Ready by exam day.
Give Ace your exam date. It builds the days between now and then into a plan, teaches each idea until it clicks, and redraws itself the moment you fall behind. Open a room and your friends work it beside you.
Free to start. Pro is $9.99 a month or $96 a year.
Out of credits? Apple Intelligence takes over, free.
Your friends, on one timer.

The plan
Built backward from your date
One date is the only thing you set. Ace fills every day up to it: what to study, for how long, in what order. No blank week staring back at you.
Today · Tue 9 Jun
- Integration by parts35 min
- Discrete Maths recap25 min
- Flashcards12 cards due
An example day. -
Step 1
Taught until it lands
Ace explains the idea, watches where you stumble, and explains it a different way. Analogy, worked example, diagram, first principles. It keeps changing the angle instead of repeating the one that didn't work.
Same idea, another angle
Three angles on one concept. Ace stops at the one that lands. -
Step 2
Flashcards that write themselves
You never build a deck. The things you got wrong in a lesson or a mock become cards on their own, and they come back on the day you're about to forget them, not on a schedule you have to maintain.
12 due today
Cards you never wrote, back the day before you'd forget. -
Step 3
Marked like the real paper
Timed papers in your exam's own format, marked against what the mark scheme actually rewards. Every gap it finds goes straight back into the plan as a session, so a bad mock changes next week instead of just ruining tonight.
Paper 2 · 90 min
Marked point by point, the way the scheme awards them. -
Step 4
Stuck? Photograph it
Point your camera at the question. Ace works it forward a step at a time and stops to check you're still with it, so you finish holding the method rather than the answer.
Q7 · from your photo
Forward one step at a time, checking before it moves on. -
Step 5
Revise together
Open a room, send the link, and the people you'd revise with anyway drop in. One timer everyone shares, a chat off to the side, notes and past papers you can pass across. Make it private and it's hidden from search: people join by your link, and you approve each one. No leaderboard, no streak to protect.
6 friends in this room
One Pomodoro, and the friends riding it with you.
Am I on track?
The plan answers in its own units: how many topics are solid, which method moves the next one, and how many days are left to move it in.
Name your exam
There's no list of supported courses to check yourself against. Type it the way you'd say it out loud, and Ace resolves the board, the level, and the paper format before it builds anything.
- AQA A-level Chemistry
- Edexcel GCSE Maths
- IB HL Biology
- AP Calculus BC
- First-year Microeconomics finals
Examples, not limits. If Ace can't place your exam, it asks rather than guesses.
When the credits run out, Apple Intelligence takes over.
Flip one switch in your profile and the whole tutor runs on your iPhone, no credits, no signal, nothing leaving the phone. Flip it back whenever you want.
Needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Answers are simpler than the full engine's.
Plan2Ace has a promise: you will be ready by your exam date. Knowing your weak spots is useless when you still wake up with no plan. I built the one I wished someone had handed me.
Before you download
What is Plan2Ace?
A study app that turns your upcoming exam into a personalized, adaptive plan. Ace, an AI tutor, teaches concepts deeply, runs exam simulations to find your gaps, and helps you unstick hard problems.
What does it cost?
Free to start: you get a full plan and a monthly allowance of Ace credits without paying. Pro is $9.99 a month or $96 a year: it raises the monthly allowance from 30,000 Ace credits to 2,000,000, lifts the five-a-day cap on Solve It, and takes document storage from 5 MB to 50 MB. You subscribe through the App Store and can cancel there any time. There's no free trial on top of the free tier. The free tier is the trial.
What happens when my Ace credits run out?
On an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, they don't have to stop you. Switch on Apple Intelligence in your profile and Ace runs on the phone itself instead of on our servers: lessons, flashcards, exam papers, marking and Solve It all keep working, they cost no credits at all, and they work with no signal. Answers are shorter and simpler than the full engine, and lessons come without the drawn working, so most students keep the full engine for the topics that matter and fall back to on-device when the meter is empty. You need an Apple Intelligence capable iPhone with the feature turned on in Settings; the switch hides itself on iPhones that can't run it.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone running iOS 26.5 or later. There's no iPad build, no Android build and no web version yet.
Who is it for?
Students from high school through university preparing for one specific upcoming exam: GCSE, A-level, IB, AP, and beyond. It's built for short, focused sessions on a phone.
Can I study with my friends?
Yes. Open a study room and share the invite link. Everyone in it rides the same Pomodoro timer, with a chat and shared notes or past papers alongside it. You pick who can join when you make the room: public, which anyone can find and join, or private, which is hidden from search, joined by your invite link and approved by you. Either way, chat messages are deleted after 24 hours, and the person who made the room can remove anyone.
How is it different from flashcards or streak apps?
It's deadline-first, not streak-first. Instead of passive recognition or pressure to keep a streak alive, everything connects back to your exam date and whether you're ready for it.
Can Ace make mistakes?
Yes. Ace is an AI study aid and it can be wrong. Check its answers against your official course materials, and report anything off so we can fix it. It's a tutor, not an authority.
Does Ace speak out loud?
Yes, and the voice runs entirely on your iPhone. Turn it on once and it downloads about 163 MB, after which nothing you hear is sent anywhere to be spoken and it works with no signal at all. It never counts against your monthly Ace allowance.
Is my study data private?
We don't sell data and we don't use ad trackers. One processor, OpenAI, sees the study content you send Ace; nothing else does. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Can I get it now?
Yes. Plan2Ace is on the App Store for iPhone. It's free to start — set your exam date and the plan is drafted in about a minute.
Set the date. Ace does the rest.
Ace drafts the plan, then keeps it honest all the way to the exam.
