By using Plan2Ace you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Plan2Ace provides an AI-assisted study planner and tutor. Teaching content is generated by an AI model and may contain errors. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your own judgment, your instructors, or official course materials. Do not rely on it as professional advice.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its usage limits.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.
Subscriptions
Plan2Ace offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Billing is handled by Apple under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of the study content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for exam outcomes, academic results, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
